"We are projecting to turn over around $6 to $7 million this year... Before we started working with Ash from Strategy + Scale, we found that a couple of the roadblocks in the business at Progressive Air were around the systems and procedures we had in place. We had some in place, but we probably didn’t have enough to scale the business the way we wanted. Before we got Ash on board, there were a couple of issues around financial reporting and the structures we had in place.What’s changed since Ash has come on board is the rollout of our five-year vision.
